Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking an IAM Analyst – SOD to lead SoD and RBAC governance, onboarding SailPoint connectors, and develop rules and reports.

You will partner with application teams, compliance, and stakeholders to ensure secure access controls and compliant identity management. Ideally you bring hands-on SailPoint IIQ/ISC experience, Java scripting, SQL, and strong communication to drive accurate access governance across the org.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ (IdentityIQ) and/or SailPoint ISC (Identity Security Cloud).
• Expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Proficient with RBAC and application connector onboarding.
• Experience with SailPoint rules, workflows, configurations, and scripts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate SoD rules, policies, conflict matrices, violations, and remediation activities.
• Gather and analyze RBAC requirements, including roles, entitlement mapping, and access models.
• Validate role and entitlement assignments and their impact on SoD controls.
• Develop SailPoint onboarding, including aggregation, correlation, account management, and entitlement verification.
• Execute tests: Functional, Integration, Regression, RBAC, and SoD.
• Validate source-to-SailPoint data and perform reconciliation.
• Prepare SoD, RBAC, QA, onboarding, and management reports.
• Collaborate with IAM developers, application teams, owners, and compliance stakeholders.

IAM Analyst – SOD

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules, policies, conflict matrices, violations, and remediation activities.
• Gather and analyze RBAC requirements, including business and IT roles, entitlement mapping, role hierarchy, and access models.
• Validate role and entitlement assignments and assess their impact on SoD controls.
• Perform SailPoint application and connector onboarding, including aggregation, correlation, account management, and entitlement verification.
• Develop and maintain SailPoint rules, workflows, configurations, and custom scripts.
• Execute Functional, Integration, Regression, RBAC, and SoD testing.
• Validate source-to-SailPoint data and perform account and entitlement reconciliation.
• Analyze SoD violations and support remediation and exception management activities.
• Prepare SoD, RBAC, QA, application onboarding, and management reports.
• Collaborate with IAM developers, application teams, business owners, and compliance stakeholders.

Required Skills
