Job summary

Multiplex is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to shape construction programs and manage schedules across major projects in Canada. You will define scope, build WBS-based activities, and integrate procurement and design releases with the master plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and schedule activities within a proper WBS structure.
• Generate Pre-Construction/ Tendering Schedules and procurement releases.
• Update and monitor baseline schedules; coordinate with site teams.
• Coordinate with Site Superintendent and Project Manager on procurements and interfaces.
• Attend progress meetings and report risks; analyze delays and propose remedies.
• Produce as-built wall charts and area progress charts for site progress.
• Prepare short-term schedules and monitor alignment with the master schedule.
