Zusammenfassung

EllisDon Corporation is seeking a Senior Planner & Scheduler in Ottawa to lead baseline scheduling and bi-weekly updates for multiple projects. You will report on schedule accuracy, run weekly meetings with Clients and Trade Partners, and contribute to the Pursuit team by reading RFPs and creating Primavera P6 schedules that align with Best Practices.

You should have 8+ years of construction scheduling experience, with projects in battery plants, data centers, or pharma, and strong knowledge of

Qualifikationen

Eight+ years of construction scheduling experience.
Experience on battery plants, data centers, or pharmaceutical projects.
Experience developing schedules with complex MEP installation, testing, and commissioning.

Aufgaben

Lead development of Baseline Schedule meeting EllisDon’s Best Practices.
Update project schedules bi-weekly with site input and report accuracy.
Lead weekly/monthly schedule progress meetings with Clients and Trade Partners.
Maintain database of productivity rates, procurement durations, lead times, and risk items.
Develop as-built vs as-planned schedules for snapshot comparisons.
Provide Time-Impact-Analysis schedules and what-if scenarios as required.
Read and interpret RFP bid documents schedule requirements and create Pursuit schedules in Primavera P6.
