Job summary

EllisDon Corporation is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Coordinator in Canada to assist in developing CPM-based baselines for major projects and participate in pursuits. You will monitor progress, prepare health reports, and maintain schedules with a focus on schedule integrity and risk awareness.

Qualifications

• 2 years scheduling experience or equivalent
• Familiar with Lump Sum, Design Build, Construction Management, and Unit Price
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple schedules
• Knowledge of planning and scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing a full CPM-based baseline schedule for projects
• Attend planning sessions during pursuits and respond to RFP documents
• Monitor progress and prepare regular schedule health reports
• Maintain the project schedule log and a database of productivity rates, procurement durations, lead times and risks
• Identify unplanned events and incorporate impacts into the schedule
