The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of agency recruitment experience with a strong track record in business development. Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of agency recruitment experience, ideally within Construction and Development or a closely related vertical.
• Proven billing track record and experience running a 360 desk or senior 180 desk.
• Solid understanding of construction roles and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of construction clients.
• Manage mid to senior-level mandates end-to-end.
• Take full ownership of your desk, including revenue generation.
