Job summary

CIMA+ in Montreal seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead planning and design of large-scale projects for major clients in the Greater Montreal area. You will supervise the full coordination of design activities with the client's professional teams, manage communications, and handle all government approval requests with ministries, municipalities, and public agencies.

With a university degree in architecture or engineering and at least 10 years of construction project experience, you will

Qualifications

• University degree in Architecture, Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum of ten years of experience in construction project management.
• Member of OAQ or OIQ required.
• PMP certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and lead large-scale projects from preliminary studies to final delivery.
• Ensure alignment of professional teams with client needs, quality objectives and budget.
• Support stakeholders in identifying innovative solutions and engage relevant parties on critical issues.
• Prepare and facilitate progress meetings with clients and partners, ensuring clear communication.
• Participate in process improvements, risk management and performance monitoring.
