Job summary

CIMA+ in Montreal seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and design of large-scale projects for major clients in the Greater Montreal area. You will oversee the full coordination of design activities with the client’s professional teams, manage communications, and handle all approval requests with government partners.

Qualifications

• University degree in Architecture or Engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical) or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management.
• PMP certification is an asset.
• Fluent in French; English knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and lead large‑scale projects from preliminary studies to final delivery.
• Ensure alignment of design teams with client needs and budget, monitor variances.
• Support stakeholders in identifying innovative project management solutions.
• Raise and address issues impacting profitability, schedules, or quality.
• Structure and facilitate progress meetings with clients and partners.
• Participate in process improvements, risk management, and performance monitoring.
