Job summary

Gibson Energy ULC is seeking a Senior Construction Supervisor to lead planning and execution across growth and maintenance capital programs. You will guide field inspectors and contractor teams, oversee EH&S performance, and support projects from development through construction.

With 15+ years in energy construction and 5+ years in team leadership, you will drive safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience in energy infrastructure, including complex capital projects.
• 5+ years of experience managing or directing a functional team, with proven people development.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction planning and execution across a multi-year capital program (> $200M annually).
• Provide leadership to field inspectors and contractor teams; oversee EH&S performance.
• Manage preconstruction and construction planning, scheduling, value engineering, and contractor bid evaluations.
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory and quality standards.

Engineering/Construction Management degree
