Job summary

Select People Solutions is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to join a client's commercial construction team in Lethbridge. You will provide senior oversight from pre-construction to closeout, guiding project teams and ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance.

The role requires at least 7 years of progressive construction experience, strong leadership, budgeting and scheduling skills, and the ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders across Alberta.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive construction experience in commercial projects.
• Experience leading complex projects across multiple sites.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract management knowledge.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level oversight of commercial construction from pre-construction through closeout.
• Lead, mentor, and support Project Managers, Superintendents, and coordinators.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and change management.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Identify risks and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
