Senior Construction Engineer – Onsite, Ontario

We're looking for a Senior Construction Engineer to join an industrial project based in Ontario. This is your chance to drive large-scale builds from the ground up, mentor junior talent, and collaborate with top-tier engineering and construction teams.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Lead engineering execution for major static architecture and infrastructure projects
• Oversee construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance at every stage
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to hit milestones.
• Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot technical challenges, and refine workflows
• Mentor junior engineers and drive high-quality outcomes across the team

What You Bring :

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a related field
• P.Eng or P.E. preferred
• Knowledge of rack supporter system
• 8+ years of industry experience, ideally with large-scale or industrial builds
• Deep knowledge of earthworks, foundations, buried pipe, and construction methodologies
• Proven success on design-build projects and familiarity with CAD / BIM tools
• Strong communication, leadership, and site safety focus
