This opportunity is based in St. Thomas, Ontario, and requires in-person attendance.
The Senior Construction Specialist / Engineer will lead and manage critical construction engineering efforts, focusing on static architecture and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include providing technical guidance, overseeing construction operations, and ensuring project compliance with standards, safety regulations, and timelines. The role involves collaboration with internal teams, contractors, stakeholders, mentoring junior engineers, and maintaining high quality standards. A deep understanding of construction methodologies and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential.
This position is within the Operations department and may require up to 90 days per year of travel for training and workshops domestically or internationally during the first year.
