Job summary

A staffing agency is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator in Vancouver to support estimators and project managers in construction projects. The successful candidate will manage administrative tasks and coordination for multiple projects. Candidates should possess 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction project coordination and a BCIT Diploma or Canadian Engineering Degree. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction project coordination in British Columbia.
• Experience in new build ICI or Residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to site superintendents and project managers.
• Assist project managers with meeting documentation and follow-ups.
• Manage the distribution and tracking of shop drawings.
• Issue and follow up on site instructions.
