The Senior Community Manager helps ensure effective residential property operations by supporting a strong resident experience, coordinating leasing and administrative functions, and managing daily operational activities.
As a key resident contact, this role contributes to resident satisfaction, occupancy, and revenue while ensuring alignment with company policies and applicable residential tenancy legislation.
This is an onsite position located in Toronto, ON.

The Expected Base Pay Range: $80,000 to $90,000 per year. The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. BGO values the contribution of our employees and our compensation structure may vary based on the geographical location of successful candidates, as well as their experience, skills or qualifications. In addition to base pay, eligible BGO employees participate in various incentive compensation plans, based on individual and business performance as well as a broad range of competitive benefits.
