Job summary

American Express is seeking a senior communications lead for its Digital Assets and Customer Capabilities team in Canada. You will own customer-facing content, ensure brand consistency, and align communications with regulatory requirements.

You will shepherd strategic projects, including external communications and enterprise-wide initiatives, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and Product while maintaining executive-ready messaging and momentum.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in project management and budget management in content, marketing, or communications.
• Excellent understanding of brand consistency and regulatory requirements.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration across cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, and Product.
• Exceptional organization, prioritization, and multi-project management.
