Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism or related field.
• 6-8+ years of experience in internal and external communications.

Responsibilities

• Drive internal and external communications support for Manulife Retirement and Wealth to engage employees and the press.
• Develop and implement integrated communications plans with programs and tactics, and measure impact.
• Build strategic partnerships with key segment and global business partners to align with the global mission and strategy.
• Collaborate with segment and global communications colleagues to ensure consistent messaging and language.
• Oversee development and maintenance of internal channels like intranet, executive messages, newsletters and town halls.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications initiatives and adjust strategies to drive engagement.
