Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism or related field.
• 6-8+ years of experience in internal and external communications.

Responsibilities

• Drive comprehensive internal and external communications support for Manulife Retirement and Wealth to effectively engage and inform employees and the press.
• Develop and implement integrated communications plans, bring them to life through encouraging programs and tactics, and measure impact.
• Build strategic partnerships with key segment and global business partners to connect colleagues to the global mission and strategy.
• Oversee development and maintenance of internal channels (intranet, executive messages, newsletters, town halls).
• Monitor and adjust strategies to improve engagement and understanding.
