Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and agreement of sub-program Target Cost for Implementation Stage.
• Oversee supply chain procurement and subcontract negotiations.
• Manage subcontract drafting and commercial negotiations with subcontractors.
• Lead monthly commercial performance reporting (CVRs) and interface with client and leadership.
• Direct risk, opportunities, and disruption management for the sub-program.
