Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required (business/finance preferred).
• 3+ years in commercial credit, analysis, business development or entrepreneurship.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet with entrepreneurs to discuss needs and opportunities.
• Develop action plans to grow and retain clients and build pipeline.
• Analyze, negotiate and present financing proposals with sound credit judgment.
• Engage with local business communities to generate referrals.
