AtkinsRéalis’ Nuclear Business Unit seeks an experienced Commercial Director to provide senior leadership across nuclear new build opportunities and major project development initiatives. The role demands strategic governance, risk management, and robust stakeholder engagement with clients, partners and government entities.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial governance for large engineering projects.
• Ability to present complex commercial information to executives.
• Experience with international clients and regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of commercial strategy with VP teams across engineers, project delivery, finance and business development.
• Shape contracts, subcontracts, and other key agreements.
• Identify and mitigate material commercial risks across proposals and projects.
• Represent AtkinsRéalis with clients, regulators, government stakeholders and partners.
• Provide senior commercial support across governance, procurement, and entitlement strategies.
