Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Lead to manage client-facing projects within our engineering and nuclear services portfolio in Canada. The role reports to the Program Director, Engineering Services Domestic Utilities, and focuses on delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, and ensure adherence to nuclear safety and quality standards across project phases and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Science; CAPM® or PMP® is an asset.
• 1–2 years in project engineering/co-ordination/management or related delivery functions.
• 5–8 years in engineering, project delivery, or project management in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with nuclear safety and quality requirements and schedule/budget targets.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage risks, issues and stakeholder expectations.
• Prepare and deliver weekly status updates, monthly reports and client presentations.
• Develop execution strategies and supervise proposal development and coordination.
