Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive experience in Collections, Operations, or related field.
• Experience leading managers and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to connect strategy with execution and lead initiatives from analysis through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing managers and teams with accountability.
• Own key Collections processes, performance measures, and outcomes.
• Use data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Diagnose complex problems and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Improve portfolio performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Partner across Operations, Risk, Analytics, Product, Technology, Compliance to deliver improvements.
• Design process enhancements to reduce friction and improve experiences for customers and employees.
• Establish effective performance routines, reporting, and accountability.
