As a Collections Specialist, you will make outbound calls using NICE, verify client information in Salesforce, and update Wealthview to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Make a large volume of outbound calls using the NICE telephone system.
• Leverage data within Salesforce to verify client account information.
• Update accounts using Wealthview to ensure updates are communicated across the business.
• Handle difficult conversations related to client accounts and help customers work toward rebuilding their credit.
• Understand customer situations quickly, showing empathy while working toward curing balances and outstanding accounts.

A day in the life of a Collections Specialist:

• Make a large volume of outbound calls using the NICE telephone system
• Leverage data within Salesforce to verify client account information
• Update accounts using Wealthview to ensure updates are communicated across the business
• Handle difficult conversations related to client accounts and help them work towards their goal of building their credit
• Quickly understand customer situations, showing empathy while working towards curing balances and outstanding accounts

• Strong administration skills, documenting and communicating details to various stakeholders.
• A strong backbone, the ability to not let a difficult conversation ruin your day.
• Goal-oriented, somebody who is financially motivated and competitive.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, when dealing with customers and stakeholders.

We are offering$18.75 - $20.00/hour CADfor this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
