goeasy Ltd. is seeking motivated Collections Specialists for our state-of-the-art contact center in Canada.

You will conduct high-volume outbound calls, verify client data in Salesforce, and update records in Wealthview to ensure accurate, company-wide communication. You will manage challenging conversations with a focus on helping clients rebuild their credit, while maintaining empathy and a goal-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Make a large volume of outbound calls using the NICE telephone system.
• Leverage Salesforce to verify client account information.
• Update accounts using Wealthview to keep data current across the business.
• Handle difficult conversations and help clients work toward rebuilding their credit.
• Understand customer situations quickly with empathy while addressing balances and outstanding accounts.

A Day In The Life Of a Collections Specialist

• Make a large volume of outbound calls using the NICE telephone system
• Leverage data within Salesforce to verify client account information
• Update accounts using Wealthview to ensure updates are communicated across the business
• Handle difficult conversations related to client accounts and help them work towards their goal of building their credit
• Quickly understand customer situations, showing empathy while working towards curing balances and outstanding accounts

• Strong administration skills, documenting and communicating details to various stakeholders.
• A strong backbone, the ability to not let a difficult conversation ruin your day.
• Goal-oriented, somebody who is financially motivated and competitive.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, when dealing with customers and stakeholders.

We are offering $18.75 - $20.00/hour CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
