Job summary

Outhire Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst to support CMHC-insured and conventional multi-family lending, focusing on underwriting, origination, and high‑volume transaction management in Toronto. The role emphasizes independent stakeholder engagement and accurate financial analysis.

You will collaborate with CMHC underwriters, appraisers, and solicitors, manage complex files, and contribute to timely loan closings while upholding regulatory standards and internal lending guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of CMHC multi-family underwriting at an institutional lender.
• Hands-on CMHC application process experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of files with minimal oversight.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support CMHC-insured and conventional multi-family loan underwriting and origination with focus on high-volume transaction management and independent stakeholder engagement.
• Transaction Review and Analysis: assist in documentation and financial modeling.
• Liaising with External and Internal Stakeholders: communicate with CMHC underwriters, appraisers, solicitors, borrowers.
• Portfolio and Account Management: handle amendments, extensions, renewals for existing loans.
• Risk Assessment and Regulatory Compliance: monitor regulatory requirements and lending standards.
