KingSett is seeking an experienced CMHC mortgage originator to join the Multifamily Mortgage team.

You own a book of business: sourcing, winning, and structuring CMHC loans across primary and secondary markets in Canada. You carry a production target, build and protect borrower relationships, and are measured on what you bring in the door. You must demonstrate integrity, humility, and respect in every interaction.
Origination : originate $500 million+ of CMHC loans annually across primary and secondary markets.
Relationships & sourcing: build and deepen borrower and referral relationships that generate a durable, repeatable pipeline; represent KingSett at industry and networking events, including outside normal working hours.
Deal structuring: structure transactions to win business while protecting credit quality; partner with the underwriting and execution teams on assessment, structuring, and closing due diligence.
Policy & compliance: ensure all loans conform to KingSett and CMHC policies and procedures.
Pipeline discipline: maintain a detailed, accurate pipeline and forecast, and keep the team informed of deal status and risks.
Minimum 5 years of related work experience with at least 2 years originating CMHC loans.
Collaborative, team player, supporting the success of the Multifamily Mortgages team and KingSett.
Superior analytical and risk assessment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of CMHC underwriting guidelines.
Undergraduate degree in business or a related field.
Base salary range of $140,000-$160,000.
Total compensation includes salary, variable bonus based on origination success, benefits, & other perks.
