Job summary

Fluency in English and French is expected, with occasional travel to regional customers to ensure success and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a support, development, engineering, IT, or QA organization.
• Expertise with OpenShift, containers, Kubernetes, CloudForms, and Ansible.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and business drivers.
• Direct experience with hardware vendors and multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to convey complex info.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise customers implementing automated and containerized cloud application platform solutions.
• Learn new technologies quickly, including orchestration, registries, build strategies, and microservices.
• Perform technical reviews and share knowledge to proactively identify and prevent issues.
• Gain understanding of customer infrastructures and advocate for them within Red Hat.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, product management, and technical support teams.
• Create documentation on customer issues and how to resolve them.
• Manage and grow customer relationships by delivering attentive, relationship-based support.
• Travel occasionally to visit regional customers.
