Job summary

FCT is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Solution Architect to lead design, automation, deployment, and operational excellence of modern enterprise platforms. This role blends software architecture, cloud infrastructure, DevOps engineering, and AI-enabled practices for scalable, secure production environments.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical and leadership experience, working with engineering, security, QA, and business stakeholders to accelerate delivery while improving reliability,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps, cloud engineering, or related roles with 3+ years in a senior lead role.
• 5+ years monitoring 24/7 mission-critical apps ensuring high uptime.
• Deep knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, networking, security, and production operations.
• Strong CI/CD expertise using Azure DevOps and related tools.
• Experience in Azure cloud, IaC, automation, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure cloud-native and hybrid DevOps architectures.
• Monitor platforms across environments and address alerts with automation or manual steps.
• Develop SOPs for Production alert scenarios for after-hours support.
• Advance enterprise standards, CI/CD, IaC, automation, and operational best practices.
• Implement monitoring, observability, logging, and AI-enhanced operational intelligence.
• Define health metrics, SLIs/SLOs, dashboards, and proactive reliability strategies.
