Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design and build scalable, highly available infrastructure for our AI-powered financial crime platform. You will partner with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to advance a safer financial system at scale.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with AWS and/or GCP IaaS services (compute, storage, IAM, VPC, load balancing).
Proficiency with Unix/Linux operating systems (CentOS/Alpine preferred).
Experience with CI/CD, containers/virtualization, web servers, and databases.
Experience defining SLOs/SLIs and implementing monitoring, alerting, and runbooks.
Experience with Terraform, Airflow, GKE, EKS, BigQuery, and Kubernetes is a plus.
Adaptable and fast-moving with strong ownership of work.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
Collaborative in cross-functional teams across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Develop scalable infrastructure for TRM's products and services.
Automate operations to improve reliability, maintainability, and operability.
Hardening and compliance work (SOC2, FedRAMP) to meet standards.
Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to set infrastructure strategy and priorities.
