Job summary

TekRek, a high-growth AI software company, seeks a senior infrastructure leader to own cloud platforms, developer experience, security, compliance, and reliability. You will lead an engineering team, set technical direction, and partner with customers and stakeholders to scale the platform.

You will recruit, coach, and mentor engineers, drive IaC, CI/CD, and SRE practices, and define multi-quarter roadmaps to improve scalability and operational performance across AWS, Kubernetes, and security

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership of engineering teams.
• Proven experience delivering mission-critical software in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, and security/compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead an infrastructure engineering team for cloud platforms, DevOps, security, compliance, and tooling.
• Define and execute a multi-quarter roadmap to improve scalability and reliability.
• Guide architecture and best practices across cloud infra, IaC, CI/CD, and production ops.
• Partner with leaders, customers, and cross-functional teams to support secure platform growth.
• Recruit, coach, and mentor engineers while building a high-performing organization.
