Job summary

Good Shepherd Hamilton & Toronto seeks a Clinical Manager for the Seniors' Program. You will provide clinical and operational leadership, ensuring person-centred, high-quality services aligned with the organization's mission.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, and service delivery, lead quality initiatives, and support care planning. This role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and participation in on-call duties to meet community needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management or clinical administrative leadership experience.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary teams of regulated and unregulated healthcare providers.
• Strong experience in community health, healthcare, long-term care and/or home care, particularly with older adults and vulnerable populations.
• Healthcare-related degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent leadership experience.
• Registration with a relevant regulatory body; RN background preferred.
• Experience leading quality initiatives and understanding regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, staffing, scheduling and service delivery.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with accreditation standards and Standards of Practice.
• Support client-centred care planning, assessments and service plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to enhance care access.
• Lead recruitment, orientation, supervision and professional development of staff.
• Provide leadership to regulated and unregulated healthcare teams.
• Monitor client and program outcomes and required reporting.
• Participate in leadership committees and on-call duties.
