You will become the product expert, troubleshoot issues, and train users via calls and online meetings while maintaining professional, empathetic interactions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of customer support experience, preferably in software.
• Basic accounting knowledge and technical skill.
• Excellent communication and listening in English.
• Willing to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP or accounting software is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Become the product expert for the SaaS Construction Management Cloud App.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Train users over phone and online meetings.
• Deliver remarkable customer service with empathy and professionalism.
• Improve knowledge base and training materials.
• Assist with process improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.
