Utica National Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist - Auto & Property Subrogation to pursue liable parties across arbitration, litigation and collections channels. You will work with assigned claim handlers to investigate cases, gather evidence, and contribute to panel decisions at Arbitration Forums.
Requires a 4-year degree and at least 2 years in claims/subrogation; arbitration or litigation experience is preferred.

What you will do
The Senior Claims Specialist - Auto & Property Subrogation will be responsible for pursuit of liable entities through a variety of avenues, including Arbitration Forums, E-Subro Hub, Restitution, Collections Vendors, Litigation, Installment Agreements, etc. The Specialist will collaborate with assigned claim handlers to investigate & resolve cases in a timely manner. Contribute to decision making as an Arbitration Panelist through Arbitration Forums.

Licensing
Required to obtain your license(s) as an adjuster in the state(s) in which you are assigned to adjust claims. Licensing must be obtained within the timeframe set forth by the Company and must be maintained as needed throughout your employment.
Salary range: $75,000 - $92,000
The final salary to be paid and position within the internal salary range is reflective of the employee’s work experience, their geographic location, education, certification(s), scope and responsibilities in the role, and additional qualifications.
