What it’s like to be a Claims Adjuster at Northbridge Financial:

As a Claims Adjuster, you will be part of a dynamic team that values attention to detail while prioritizing the customer experience. The Casualty and Litigation team handles a variety of claims across several lines of business, including Auto, CGL, Directors’ and Officers’, and Professional Liability claims. Our Claims Adjusters are responsible for conducting efficient and prompt investigations, assessing coverage liability and damages, and working directly with third parties and counsel to resolve claims.

We want your talent

If you excel at:

• Adjudicating intermediate to complex claims, including files in litigation

• Confirming coverage and completing liability investigations

• Preparing file summaries for internal reporting, large loss, and reinsurance

• Managing a busy daily schedule effectively

• Providing an excellent customer experience

And you have:

• Post-secondary education in an insurance-focused or related program

• Completed or working towards the CIP designation

• A minimum of 5 years of liability claim handling experience

• Experience with commercial lines is an asset

• Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite

• Excellent communication skills with Claimants, Brokers, and Legal Counsel
