Job summary

Torus Talent is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join a growing team in Ontario. The ideal candidate has strong detailed design experience and a background in land development and municipal infrastructure, particularly water and wastewater projects.

You will lead projects from concept through construction, coordinate with clients and authorities, and mentor junior staff in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• P.Eng designation in Ontario or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong experience with detailed civil engineering design and project delivery.
• Demonstrated experience working on land development projects.
• Experience designing water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Experience with municipal servicing, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and road design.
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Ability to lead projects and work effectively with clients, municipalities, and multidisciplinary teams.
