Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a client for a Senior Civil Engineer to lead the planning, design, and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects in Courtenay, BC.

You will mentor engineers, manage scope, schedule and budget, and collaborate with roads, water and wastewater teams to support growth and client relationships within a dynamic municipal department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• P.Eng designation or eligibility for registration in British Columbia.
• 10+ years of municipal engineering and infrastructure design experience.
• Strong knowledge of roads, water distribution, wastewater collection, stormwater management, and municipal servicing.
• Proven project management and client relationship experience.
• Experience with Civil 3D is considered an asset.
