TRS Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client for a Municipal Engineer / Project Manager to support the planning, design, and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects in a rapidly growing region of British Columbia. Location options include Cowichan Valley or Victoria, BC.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, P.Eng./P.L.Eng. designation, and 5+ years of municipal engineering and project management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• P.Eng./P.L.Eng. designation in good standing with Engineers and Geoscientists BC required.
• 5+ years of municipal engineering and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead municipal infrastructure projects including roads, utilities, water/wastewater systems, bridges, and parks.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client communications.
• Prepare and review engineering designs, reports, cost estimates, and contract documents.
