Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent.
• 8-10 years of land development design experience in Alberta.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D; familiarity with ProjectWise, ACC, Procore, SharePoint.
• Strong Excel design calculation skills.
• Experience in field or construction environments is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine engineering drawings for land development projects.
• Create plans, profiles, and 3D Civil models using Civil 3D.
• Interpret municipal standards and integrate into design solutions.
• Prepare technical documents, reports, spreadsheets, and tables.
• Produce, modify, and quality-check design drawings for accuracy and compliance.
• Support construction with site reviews and contractor coordination.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless delivery.
• Contribute to environmentally responsible project planning.
