  • Support construction activities through site reviews and coordination with contractors.

Your Impact
  • Develop and refine engineering and construction drawings for a variety of land development projects.
  • Create plans, profiles, and detailed 3D civil models using Civil 3D.
  • Interpret and integrate municipal and regulatory standards into design solutions.
  • Prepare supporting technical documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentation‑ready tables.
  • Produce, modify, and quality check design drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support construction activities through site reviews and coordination with contractors.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Contribute to environmentally responsible project planning through thoughtful design approaches.
The Skills That Set You Apart
  • A diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or an equivalent field.
  • 8-10 years of hands‑on experience in land development design within Alberta and familiarity with municipal processes.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D; familiarity with platforms like ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Procore, or SharePoint is an asset with a strong commitment to continuous learning.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Excel for design calculations.
  • Experience in field or construction environments is an asset.
  • Creative problem solver with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliably insured vehicle.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with engineers and interdisciplinary project teams.
Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 – $118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 – $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $81,100 – $107,700
