Brown and Caldwell has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated Senior Civil Site Design Engineer to join our Civil Design Team. This role offers a chance to work in a growth-oriented professional consulting firm on projects for municipal, industrial, and federal clients. We foster a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment focused on innovative, cost-effective designs for facilities, expansions, upgrades, and retrofits.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading site design, grading, drainage, yard piping, and linear construction efforts on water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
2. Managing teams of engineers and designers, collaborating with structural, mechanical, process, and electrical engineers.
3. Working with local and remote team members to meet project schedules and quality standards.
4. Supporting business development through scope and effort estimation, and maintaining budgets and schedules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• At least 12 years of experience in municipal/industrial civil design, including pipelines and site work.
• Professional Engineering license (P.Eng.) in Canada; U.S. license preferred.
• Experience with permitting agencies, civil software (Civil 3D, AutoCAD), hydrology/hydraulics software (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS), and fieldwork.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Salary Range: CAD $133,000 - $181,000, based on location, skills, and experience.
