Cayenta is seeking an Application Consultant to drive IT transformation for clients across Canada and the US. The role is remote, cross-functional, and focused on ERP accounting/work management processes.

You will analyze business needs, configure applications, and train users while collaborating with Operations, R&D, and clients. The ideal candidate will bring strong business analysis, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Office 365 and a willingness to travel as

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis, working on ERP software specifically accounting and work management.
• Exemplary customer service skills and willingness to be client facing.
• Problem-solving skills with the knowledge to support business leaders.
• Proficient in Office 365.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Work with colleagues and managers to proactively manage a superior technology solution for our clients.
• Lead customers through processes, ensuring solution is completed and issues are resolved; train users in setup, administration and maintenance.
• Conduct business analysis, gap/root-cause analysis, documentation, requirements elicitation to understand client needs.
• Own user acceptance testing and change management to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Create user documentation and hand over materials for support staff.
