We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Change Manager to join the CIS Program , a high-impact initiative shaping the future of clinical information systems. In this pivotal role, you will lead prescriber and clinician engagement strategies , helping foster shared ownership, inspire collaboration, and build momentum for real change in clinical practice.
What You’ll Do :
- Champion tailored change management strategies for prescribers and clinicians.
- Lead the planning and delivery of engagement events —develop content, craft agendas, and manage translations.
- Collaborate with HR, Communications, CMIOs, CNIOs, and other leaders to enhance readiness and buy-in .
- Track progress and manage activities using Jira .
- Gather and analyze change impact data and feedback , adjusting engagement tactics accordingly.
- Support program success by managing risks, resolving issues, and optimizing clinician engagement.
What You Bring :
- Proven experience leading clinical or healthcare-related change management initiatives .
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement and communications, particularly with clinical audiences .
- Strong collaboration skills—able to influence across HR, Communications, and clinical leadership.
- Proficiency with project tracking tools like Jira .
- Passion for healthcare transformation and clinician empowerment.
The candidate should be able to demonstrate, at minimum, the identified experience in the requirements mentioned below.
Relevant Experience Requirements :
- Post-secondary education in a health-related discipline. Consideration may be given to those with equivalent training and relevant experience.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in a senior-level change management or healthcare leadership role (e.g., Change Lead or Sr. Specialist) leading transformation initiatives where healthcare providers were directly impacted. 5+ years
- Must demonstrate experience managing change related to clinical documentation, clinical workflow, and / or healthcare technology (e.g., Clinical Information Systems, EHRs, or digital transformation projects) with clinical user groups. 5+ years
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing change initiatives. While demonstrating the ability to develop and execute effective change management strategies, communications, and engagement plans in complex, dynamic environments - Particularly those involving technology-enabled transformation and a high degree of ambiguity. 5+ Years
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Change Management Specialist or Change Management Lead in a clinical transformation context where healthcare providers are directly impacted by the change. Including demonstrated experience developing fit for purpose clinical engagement and readiness strategies to support adoption of the changes. 5+ Years
- Facilitation skills : demonstrated experience in leading change workshops or education sessions with healthcare providers working in public healthcare settings, with specific examples of understanding clinical workflows, terminology, and stakeholder dynamics. 5+ Years
- Candidate can demonstrate bilingualism in French and English (Written and verbal), able to lead engagement, communications, and training initiatives in both languages. 5+ Years
- Candidate demonstrates a strong proficiency of Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams), Zoom, and Atlassian’s JIRA software in a workplace setting with hands on experience. 3+ Years
- Candidate has formal training in change management methodologies, such as Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent, with the ability to apply structured approaches to organizational change.
