Job Description:
- Lead planning and implementation of Prescriber and Clinician engagement strategies to build shared ownership and collaboration, awareness of the program, understanding of impacts and benefits, and motivate and engage these impacted groups to be part of the transformation.
- Partner with CMIOs, CNIOs, and other program leaders to deliver tactics that build readiness of Prescribers and Clinicians.
- Collaborate directly with communications, engagement, and HR resources as needed.
- Lead the planning and coordination of engagement events, including preparation of agendas, content, and translation.
- Lead the collection of Change Impacts relevant to Prescriber and Clinician audiences.
- As the CMC team grows, oversee the day-to-day work of team members supporting Prescriber and Clinician engagement activities.
- Plan, track, and manage tasks using the Program management tool – Jira.
- Work with the CMC Lead to identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues.
- Collect feedback through Prescriber and Clinician networks, analyze change, and adapt engagement tactics based on Readiness Survey results.
- The candidate will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and complete the Department’s Privacy Training prior to commencing the assignment.

- Candidates must provide sufficient detail regarding education, work experience, role, duties, and duration (from Month/Year to Month/Year). Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
- Post-secondary education in a health-related discipline; consideration may be given to those with equivalent training and relevant experience. Yes/No.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior-level change management or healthcare leadership role leading transformation initiatives impacting healthcare providers. 5+ years.
- Experience managing change related to clinical documentation, clinical workflow, and/or healthcare technology with clinical user groups. 5+ years.
- Availability to start work on or about June 2nd, 2025 (or earlier if possible). Yes/No.
Scored Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing change initiatives in complex, technology-enabled, and ambiguous environments. 5+ years.
- Experience as a Senior Change Management Specialist or Lead in clinical transformation contexts impacting healthcare providers. 5+ years.
- Developing clinical engagement and readiness strategies to support adoption. 5+ years.
- Facilitation skills: leading change workshops or education sessions with healthcare providers, understanding clinical workflows, terminology, and stakeholder dynamics. 5+ years.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, Zoom, and Atlassian’s JIRA with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
- Formal training in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) with the ability to apply structured approaches. Yes/No.
