Job summary

City of Toronto’s HR Business Intelligence program seeks a Change Management professional to drive transformation across reporting modernization, analytics and data governance. This role translates complex technical changes into clear guidance for senior leaders and business users, and develops communications, training and job aids to support adoption.

You will lead change activities, engage stakeholders, and help operationalize the City’s Data Accountability framework within the People & Equity

Qualifications

Extensive change management experience in large organizations (public/private).
Experience translating complex tech changes for executives and business users.
Ability to design training, communications and job aids for adoption.
Strong stakeholder engagement, sponsorship and governance understanding.
Exposure to data/technology projects is an asset.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and SME on change management across the HRBI program.
Engage senior leaders and sponsors; bridge HR/business and IT/technical teams.
Develop and implement change management framework, training, communications and job aids.
Manage multiple projects and priorities; drive benefits realization.
