Job summary

COFOMO, a leading Canadian consulting firm in digital and AI, seeks a Senior Change Management Advisor in Quebec City, hybrid work arrangement.

You will partner with senior management to design and implement change programs, map stakeholders, and coach leaders through transformations across industries. The role emphasizes developing change strategies, enabling adoption, and building organizational capabilities for sustained impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial relations, HR, org psychology, administration or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a change management consultant in environments of comparable size and complexity.
• Two mandates of 350 person-days in change management in Quebec public/private sectors.
• Two mandates of >350 person-days in change management with multidisciplinary teams.
• At least 2 years of experience with stakeholder mapping, impact analysis, and change management plans.

Responsibilities

• Support organization and senior management in change management, strategically and operationally.
• Develop change management strategies and plans aligned to project context and complexity.
• Contribute to communication, training, support and coaching plans and align with project activities.
• Prepare and facilitate information sessions, workshops, and support activities.
• Advise and coach managers to support leadership and drive adoption of changes.
