Job summary

WSP is seeking a Power Generation SME to shape the future of thermal power projects. Bring deep knowledge of combined cycle gas turbine systems, HRSG, and plant integration. Lead across Owner’s Engineer, feasibility, FEED, and EPC delivery models for projects from 150 MW to over 1 GW.

You will mentor engineers, guide multidisciplinary teams, win work, and advise on decarbonization and emerging technologies while growing the client base.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in combined cycle power plant design and operation.
• Proven capability delivering Owner’s Engineer and advisory services.
• Knowledge of gas turbines, HRSG, steam cycles, plant integration.
• Experience with due diligence, bid evaluations, risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead as technical authority for combined cycle power generation.
• Guide projects from concept through FEED and commissioning.
• Evaluate plant performance and reliability improvements.
• Develop technical specs and commissioning plans.
• Support business growth through proposals and client relationships.
• Mentor engineers and project managers.
• Advise on decarbonization strategies.
