Job summary

Ciklum in Canada is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Cards and Payments domain expertise to join our team full-time. You will work with stakeholders, Product Owners, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver card payment solutions.

This role requires hands-on experience with TSYS or similar processors, BRD/FRD creation, and a solid understanding of API integrations, data flows, and UAT support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong Cards and Payments domain expertise.
• Hands-on experience with TSYS or similar card processing platforms.
• Experience with BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA, and business teams through the SDLC.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for APIs and data flows.
• Support UAT planning, test case reviews, and release activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain traceability from requirements to production.
