Job summary

S.I. Systems Ltd. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 8–10 years of experience to lead payments modernization initiatives.

This role focuses on end-to-end business analysis and project delivery within a large financial services client, with enterprise payments transformation exposure and cross-functional collaboration. Based in Toronto on a hybrid schedule (4 days in office), you will work with business, technology, operations and governance stakeholders across the project lifecycle,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Analysis supporting complex project delivery initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of project delivery practices across the project lifecycle.
• Proven delivery of requirements management for large, complex programs.
• Experience with PDLC, Iterative, and Agile project disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and manage requirement risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints
• Contribute to change management deliverables including stakeholder analysis, gap analysis, and change planning
• Apply business analysis tools and techniques to solicit requirements and align to Enterprise Payments needs
• Collaborate with technology partners on system requirements and design alignment
• Support quality assurance activities including test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios
• Participate in assessment and resolution of testing defects
