Job summary

Stella's Place is seeking a Senior Manager, Annual Campaigns & Development Operations to lead all annual fundraising activities and donor engagement. You will supervise the Annual Campaign Team, coordinate with design and digital media, and ensure high standards for gift processing, reporting and stewardship.

Hybrid Toronto role reporting to the Chief Development Officer. You will manage a portfolio of donors, drive campaigns across channels, and collaborate with departments to support growth

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive fundraising experience with a demonstrated track record in Annual Campaigns Moves Management.
• At least 2+ years of experience in managing direct-report relationships.
• Raiser's Edge proficiency for gift processing; RE certification preferred; NXT experience is an asset.
• Strong digital & direct mail skills: experience with Mailchimp and data imports/exports.
• Strong computer literacy: Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets), Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead Annual Campaign Fundraising and Donor Engagement activities and achieve revenue targets across channels.
• Oversee a team including development officers, student placements and a Mid-Level Giving Officer.
• Coordinate with Design & Digital Media teams for marketing outreach and donor communications.
• Oversee and manage database administration, reporting and moves management processes.
• Ensure compliance with CRA guidelines for gift processing and maintain accurate records.
