Job summary

UNICEF Canada is seeking a Senior Officer, Individual Giving Renewal to lead direct mail, email marketing and donor stewardship initiatives. This permanent, full-time role based in Toronto reports to the Senior Manager, Individual Giving Renewal and offers a flexible-hybrid work model with anchor days in the office.

You will manage campaigns, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and analyze performance to grow revenue and donor retention while supporting broader giving programs.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing or fundraising.
• Proven track record in direct response campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of data management, analytics and marketing best practices.
• Experience with cloud-based project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for direct mail, email, and digital campaigns targeting existing annual giving donors.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and reporting.
• Develop and optimize email campaigns and stewardship touchpoints.
• Analyze campaign performance, budgets and donor retention to drive improvements.
• Support planning, budgeting and team processes for the Individual Giving program.
• Track invoices and ensure accuracy before submission.
