What You’ll Do :

• Take full ownership of the procurement lifecycle—sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers with a focus on reliability, quality and overall cost.
• Partner with other up-stream supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement in materials sourcing.
• Think creatively and challenge the status quo. You won’t just follow a playbook—you’ll help rewrite it.
• Thrive under pressure and make quick, data-informed decisions that move the business forward.

You Should Bring :

• 5+ years in procurement or supply chain, with a proven track record in a manufacturing or construction setting.
• Deep understanding of NAFTA and / or CUSMA and how they impact cross-border purchasing.
• A sharp eye for detail, but also the vision to think big and drive change.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to work across departments and cultures.
• Passion, resilience, and a love of fast-moving, high-expectation environments.
